We have worked together though short term and long term goals as well as injuries along the way. Greg has always been as accommodating as possible, while holding you accountable with regular check in emails. He is great at keeping you motivated along your individual journey!

Dedicated, consistent and loyal, Greg can Taylor any program to meet your goals, and follows you every step of the way. From program design, motivational texts and support for those “bad” days at the gym, Greg is there.
In the end, Greg was not just a trainer and a friend, but he became family! -

From the start Greg worked with me based on my limitations due to previous injuries. He was very knowledgeable on what modified workout I should do on without missing a beat.
The conversations during the workouts were always entertaining!
He motivates you to push a little further every-time and keeps you accountable!
Overall Greg is a great personal trainer his methods and personality definitely make it worth while.
