I needed the problem solved quickly to avoid serious consequences. Mr. Okwor was very patient as he spent the necessary time to diagnose and ultimately solve the issue. He was very courteous and extremely helpful. My positive customer service experience today reminded me that professional, in-person customer service still exists. I walked away a very satisfied Freedom Mobile customer. I also informed the store manager about my positive interaction. Thank you again Mr. Chukwudi Okwor!

We found the perfect upgrade & plan for me and the service was beyond wonderful. Freedom has the best service in tech I’ve ever experienced! Thank you to the rockstars that made it happen!

Always a pleasure dealing with Loui the Store Manager. He never disappoints and goes above and beyond for the customer.
He even took the time to look for an old ring tone to install on a new phone for my elderly mother!
Now that's service!

Both the customer service representative Abdul, and the manager Loui provided the utmost professionalism. They answered all of our questions fully and with certainty. They made the experience enjoyable. We would like them to be recognized for their great work!
