A bit late as service was done in August.

My husband had a bunch of photos printed almost 2 years ago - CD covers of various music artists. Been looking for proper frames but only choice was to have it custom made. Couldn’t find the exact ones he has in mind so he put it off for awhile. Until…. I finally found Framed In by accident, a bit hesitant as it is located in a residential area. But after reading all the reviews, I let him read it and off he went by himself.
He came home happy! He finally found someone who knows what he’s talking about, suggested what material and design and my husband approved it.
He was even happy to tell me that I would have loved the place, his landscaping out front and back and how organised the framing shop, not to mention how immaculate the place is.
So I went with him on pick up date and he wasn’t kidding!
The place is exactly what he described.
And most of all the finished product - frame - is exactly what my husband wanted. Simple, clean and well done!

I had never done any custom framing before. I'm the type to buy a cheap frame and slap it on a wall/shelf, but I recently commissioned an artist to do a beautiful drawing of my late dog and I did not want to ever ruin it. I wanted to make sure it was well preserved. I saw some great reviews and decided to give Framed In a try.

I'm so glad I did! Martin explained everything very clearly and guided me through the process. I thought it would be a very difficult process to pick out the right frame and mats, but he knows his stuff and has a very good eye! It didn't take long to find a frame design that worked within my budget and looked absolutely stunning.

He is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional. He also was very quick to respond to my emails which is always very nice!

I had the puzzle mounted and framed by Martin. This was part of a two puzzle of an old map of earth. The first puzzle was mounted and framed over ten years ago at another store. Martin was incredibly able to find the matching frame and now the two pieces are identically framed.
He was able to mount and frame the puzzle and complete within a week.
His rates are extremely competitive.
