(January 21, 2022, 6:16 pm)...On a night that we had warnings of severe cold temperatures, my furnace quit at 1:00 a.m I called CoolHeat Comfort Systems and was patiently given instructions on what to do,( if it was simple), Sure enough It was as simple as a reset, (I had no idea) Ray from this Service spent over one hour with me and also called back to confirm I was okay, He had spent over 1 hour helping me. and said its not always about money and was just happy that my family and I were safe. Hats off to this Company and Ray

From the initial quote and time taken to explain everything and different options were put forward in an honest and informative way, Ray was wonderful! You know that this company really values their customers and wants to do the best job possible for your individual and family needs. Installation was fast, smooth and everything was left clean and ready to go. Our ac works wonderfully and they have called to check how things are going. We highly recommend them and would go with them again hands down! Lovely company!
