The inspection was not rushed, very detailed, and the report includes absolutely everything! Darren is obviously very knowledgeable having worked in the construction industry. Knows how builders operate, shortcuts and all. I would highly recommend Darren hands down. Thank you for a job well done and for your professionalism.

Darren was incredibly thorough with our home inspection, kind in answering all of our questions, and brought a great energy throughout the process. You can tell he has been doing this for a long time, and has so much knowledge and wisdom to share. He was also patient in answering our questions as new homebuyers, and that was greatly appreciated. He even provided approximations for the durability of different features, like roof and windows.
