I appreciate that they are flexible with last minute nail trim appointments , the groomer kindly stayed a little passed her shift to take my puppy in for a trim without making us feel like a burden and Best part is they do a great job working with my hyper boy. Highly recommend!

He was so calm and happy when I picked him up, plus he has the sweetest cut! Such a great job. 😀
So happy with the experience here. Debbie is super nice and helpful too. Will be back! -

Last groomer rushed job and forgot to trim very long nails then lied saying they were done.. and left shampoo in causing my sweet doggies skin to itch and flake terribly for a couple weeks. However informed that staff member no longer works there. Rest of staff have been friendly and professional. My very timid girl doesn't seem traumatized when leaving so that's a bonus. Only before and after. When we adopted her she had some nasty knots and they had to give a puppy cut.
