Lyall is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I was able to get an appointment in a couple of days and by the end of day I got the report.

He walked me through all the inspection process he was doing and explained everything in a very detailed manner. He didn't mind me asking questions and following him to observe what he was doing which actually increase my knowledge about my house.
