Jordan was easy to deal with, provided a very reasonable estimate and turnaround time. I'll trust him with any future furniture repair needs.

(July 28, 2021, 11:10 pm)I brought in an antique cracked end table of my parents' that needed both refinishing and repair. I could hardly believe how good it looked when I picked it up. I only had the top refinished, and the stain match to the rest of table was excellent. Will absolutely return again if my cats break anything else.

I was so disappointed that our buffet hutch did not fit into a nook in our new home. We removed the crown but it just didn’t look finished. I brought the crown piece to a very well known furniture repair store in Nepean, they wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount of money and said they would not guarantee their work. I found Ottawa Furniture Repair and called them. They looked at it that day and a week later I had a beautiful buffet hutch in my nook.
Their workmanship is second to none. You would never know it has been altered. They are also very professional, explaining every detail of what needed to be done and the time it would take. They even added a removable brace for a safer transportation.
The cost was 1/3 if the price of our first estimate.
If you need any work on furniture I highly recommend Gordon and Louis. They are professional that put love and care into their work!
