Very talented professional who can do pretty much anything for your home or building. I have hired him on multiple occasions to help with various projects ranging from deck work to installing a washer/ dryer unit.
I have also recommended him to two friends who have hired him and are very happy with his work.
Always on budget, works very hard, friendly, kind, outstanding work and overall great guy. Highly recommend. -

(August 14, 2021, 5:27 pm)Great experience with Nick. We needed to repair our foundation, from the outside of the house. We reached out to a dozen specialty companies on foundation repairs and found Nick through a referral. Nick worked a few years for a foundation company and was able to get it all done from start to finish, proposing similar solutions to the bigger companies. The service was top notch, finished within a week and a half, took pictures, and walked us along every step of the way. I'll be refering him and using NRD Construction again.

(April 30, 2021, 2:42 pm)Nick built a fence for us to make our backyard compliant with City Bylaws. The workmanship was excellent, he was knowledgeable about the bylaws so we're confident the fence will be approved, he kept us in the loop re: how everything was going, and the project was completed quickly and ahead of schedule (he'd originally said he could do it at the beginning of May, but it's still April and it's already done!) He was also great/patient with our kids who wanted to keep saying "Hi" and waving from the windows. He even went "above and beyond" to do a few other things to make the yard bylaw compliant, for which we're very thankful. We'll definitely call him again!
