Great location, Building is clean and well taken care of with units being renovated all the time including common areas, Up to date fire system, lighting, Floors etc. The super Alain has to be the best I ever delt with, friendly fun to chat with. Units are concrete walls so not much noise, However this makes the units very hot in the summer since you only have windows facing one way (No air circulation). A/C units are no longer allowed unless it's the portable ones. Lived there for 2 years and my biggest issue was the parking lot. I have been blocked in so many times by either contractors and even the owner, or my spot was taken by other cars even though they are marked by numbers. The front units are a bit noisy since your facing Bronson Ave, The rear units are quieter but hotter in the summer since your facing west. As for bugs any apartment building can have them but at this place they do a regular up keep for this. My unit never had any bugs. If you like updates units this is the place.
