Enjoyed my stay at the Embassy. Wonderful people at the desk. Shelby helped me immensely with a stressful situation I had concerning travel. She saved the day for me. I loved being there. I would love to come back. Barbara

Check-in clerk was nice and courteous. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Room was a suite with a kitchenette with all the basic equipment including a small range and toaster as well as utensils and plates. Room was a bit cold and thermostat in the room did not control anything. Bathroom was complete but very small, only one person at a time. Hotel parking was booked so had to use public nearby parking lot (across the street). Good location, would book again.

Enjoying our stay at a king suite with full kitchen. Very clean and cozy, staff very friendly, bed super comfy, AC is great, black out curtains, and open balcony with views of Ottawa downtown is a bonus! Very pet friendly, many parking options available, although hotel parking is an additional fee. Everything you need is just a short walk away. Would return!
