She truly wants what is best for her clients, even if that doesn't mean going with her for your mortgage. In our case, Lianna was our best option and the amount of effort she put in to secure an option that suited our particular situation was truly commendable. She was eager to answer any questions I had and I did not feel surprised once throughout the process as Lianna had told me what to expect.
