We could not be happier with the professionalism, friendliness and skills of the movers. They were fast and extremely careful with the items and the properties.
I have used Simply Seniors twice to move a friend of mine into a new retirement home setting and then removing and disposing of furniture and other items when she move to LTC.
Mitchell and his team were fantastic in that they 1) followed all the retirement home rules 2) stuck with the quoted estimate 3) called when they were going to be 5 to 10 minutes late and probably most importantly 4) understood issues which seniors face. They are a friendly crew and very professional, and efficient. Both moves were done very quickly. In the first move, they boxed up items and placed the items for my friend. In both moves, they took away any garbage (no need to call another service). They offered to bring items to my car.
I have only good things to say about their service, and will be using them for our upcoming move in the spring. And, they will move anyone, I’m told. Not just seniors!

Simply Senior rescued my mother who found herself in a terrible predicament after another moving company left her stranded. With little notice, they fit my mother’s moving date into their already tight schedule. The movers were extremely compassionate, friendly, polite, and helpful. A warm shout out to Tara who runs an incredibly efficient team. I highly recommend Simply Senior; they are the true solution to moving seniors. They understand their clientele’s needs and will go above and beyond to makes sure your elderly loved one is happy and well treated.

Excellent service. Arrived promptly and finished within the time quoted. They brought extra boxes and tape for us to use, in case we ran out! Which we did!
