I stopped off on my way through Hastings a couple weeks ago. I enjoyed the flight I ordered. Their menu had a variety of styles and I wish I had alloted time to sample more. A nice outdoor seating/patio area on the property. I would visit again. If a beer fan, I recommend making a stop off and give it a try!

Only open a few weeks when we stopped by, but the brews available make it seem like they've been open a lot longer.

No pints available when we stopped by at the end of April 2022 as they awaited their license to do so, but samples of everything was available. Core brands offer something for everyone to enjoy, and their explorer series allows them to try new things (current offering was brewed using maple sap water instead of water).

Increased the amount of parking they have on site, live music was around when we were there in the afternoon and very tasty pizza was available to enjoy on the little patio space they created.

Selection of beers has grown, and is continuing to grow. Some options focus on highlighting the flavours brought forth by the hops, while future offerings (like their upcoming stout) allow for collaboration with local businesses as well.

Inside seating has grown, and the options in the fridge on tap continue to appeal to all tastebuds.
Outdoor seating is also available at numerous picnic tables, and the availability of both outdoor games and board games inside means you can enjoy a long stay with your group.
Always a good time, and we have to say that the music today was top notch. All the good rock from when we were teens.

You’ve heard of a hidden gem? This green pole shed hides one of the coolest craft breweries. Stopped in this afternoon for a pint and ended up having a couple of pints as well as a flight. The owner shared his insight into the craft industry. FOCAL represents focus on local,,. Love it !! I will be supporting this great brewery now that I’ve discovered it.

Great little spot for a pint. Good beer, good service. Hastings is a pretty small town, so this little brewery gives you a different look for a few hours.

Outstanding beer. Outstanding brewery. Here you have a very skilled brewer that also grows hops commercially. Mastering the two is rarely seen in my universe and I think the IPA here reaps the benefits. It is unique and straight from the tap it was easily one of the best I’ve had in Canada. I think soon hops will be grown on the property and you will be able sit and drink beer overlooking the yard. At which point this brewery will have already won.
