I love my new glasses! The style is the best I could find, particularly for my narrow face. So many compliments. Service was slow but I love supporting entrepreneurs, especially when the results are great! Highly recommended.

Fantastic small Canadian company making some great glasses for reasonable cost. Tim and his team (assuming he has one?) are super responsive and easy to work with. The glasses themselves look great, are lightweight, and feel quite durable considering the price point (these aren't made of titanium, but they also aren't cheap plastic). No complaints about lens quality either, for both sunnies and RX glasses.

I was kind of disappointed after a pair of RX glasses I bought last year started to delaminate a few weeks back, but the way Loch handled the warranty return dispelled those feelings really quickly. They honored their warranty with no issue or complaint and I had a brand new pair of glasses in my hands way sooner than I expected at no cost to me. They followed up with me personally to make sure I had the replacement set and that I was happy with them (yes). Looking over the new pair, they are visibly improved from the older set with evident tweaks to the manufacturing process that I think will help them last much longer than the last set (especially if I take care of them). For a budget pair of glasses these things look and feel great while also being made in Canada by Canadians. The pair of sunglasses I also got a year ago are still looking great and not delaminating like the RX ones did. 5/5, would buy from these guys again.

The glasses themselves are awesome. They are incredibly unique, and although I've only been wearing them for a few weeks I have had so many people ask me about them. If you end up buying these, be prepared for the questions. It is so cool to have a pair of glasses made out of 500 year old wood.

The customer service I received from Tim is outstanding. I loved buying these glasses as it supports a Canadian company. When dealing with Tim, I really got the sense that he cared about me. I wasn't just another customer buying a pair of glasses at a large glasses store chain. It also felt different than buying the glasses online from a discount glasses website. Every time I had a question Tim responded in a timely manner with great care.

Some folks are hesitant because they don't know how the prescription will be filled online. They are used to going into a store and having an optician help fit the lenses. This is done online with an optician. My glasses fit perfectly and work exactly as they should.

The time to manufacture the glasses took a bit. I'm sure Covid had an impact. They are well worth the wait. From when I placed my order, to when I received them was about 20 days. I would gladly wait double that given the product and the customer service I received.

If you're thinking about doing the home try-on, just go for it.

Great quality glasses. The try at home program is an awesome way to try out different frames to see what works best. Customer service is great and prices are great.
