This bank holds my mortgage and my credit card. Recently I also received a line of credit, and through the years I have had a number of needs... Well, I have always been supported by my branch. When I needed money to remortgage, or change my shingles or renovate my home, there was always a way. I am extremely pleased with all the assistance they have provided us during this pandemic. It has been extremely challenging for them to continue to serve with same high standard, but they managed.
I invite anyone looking for an institution to give Bank of Montreal a try. The fees are fair and the service is invaluable. -

(April 13, 2021, 5:48 pm)I have had this bank for several years now and the staff are very nice but I usually use the atm but I did have my access card compromised and the bank was very good by investigating and refunding my stolen funds. I was very impressed with their dedication to internet fraud with regards to their clients
