Warmly greeted by owners/operators/chefs Bobby Jo and her husband Adam. I'm glad I saved my sweet treats for the tarts made here!! Delicious crumbly, pieces of buttery joy from heaven!!
Love the simple, clean, open concept bakery, warm and pleasing hospitality, and an intro to each delicacy.
Well done Bobby Jo and Adam!! It's nice to experience the simple true Canadian warmth.

(March 20, 2023, 5:36 pm)Only recently did I buy butter tarts and other goodies after driving buy for years, stopping in once and the higher prices sent me on my way. I must share in my opinion, worth the price for real homemade high quality real butter baking! This will now become a regular stop for the family & I! Have some gluten free members, this location has options! You can watch them bake right there!

(January 23, 2023, 6:04 pm)After driving past this bakery several times, I decided to check it out Saturday. It was later in The day so I didn't expect to have a huge selection to choose from. The lady owner greeted me with a smile and a welcome. I first noticed how clean the entire space was. Spotless would be a word I would use. They offer a clear open view of the operation aka the kitchen. Again spotless clean (look at the floors to see. if a bakery/restaurant is being kept clean) everywhere I looked was pristine.
I wasn't there to see if it was clean I was there for Butter Tarts. I was not disappointed. Blueberry butter tarts? Never heard of it. But I was all in here. I wanted one of everything, I am that type of foodie. I got six. Blueberry, skore, pecan, butterscotch, walnut and plain.
The pastry is flakey enough with a perfect body that does not fall apart with the first bite. They use Butter and it shows. In the flavour and texture. The fillings are perfectly jelled and not over-sweetened (a common mistake with butter tarts)
Nowhere could I find room for improvement from the customer service to the final product and presentation. These need to be made available in higher-end grocery stores. I would expect to see this quality product at Whole foods and Costco. This will be by go to source for butter tarts from now on.

Very friendly staff great service huge selection of butter tarts. They were actually very very good. If you're in the area definitely worth the try. I went with the traditional pecan
