(November 14, 2020, 4:38 pm)Pritchard's Climate Care recently provided excellent service in two ways. They installed a natural gas-fired on-demand water heater and serviced our furnace (annual clean and tune up - my words). Both were done well. When you call them there's no press 1 for this, 2 for that, then wait. Quick friendly service. Two thumbs up to Brandon for the annual service call this week.

(September 26, 2020, 2:54 pm)John came to our house. He was very nice, friendly and did an amazing job cleaning and fixing the fan on our fireplace.
As well as fixing our furnace until a new one is finally installed next week.
Their pricing is extremely reasonable and they are willing to work with you for payment options etc.
We used them years ago for a temp fix for our furnace that lasted 3 years until now lol! Keep up the great work guys! Thank you
