She went out of her way to make the process as seamless as possible, walking us through all the steps and requirements and happily answering a million questions. She would check in with us through our home search, and made sure we had all documents in order prior to offers to ensure that was 1 less thing to worry about during acceptance and closing steps. She was always available, following up with our lawyer to ensure there were no bumps in the road and always kept us informed about the progress. Michelle was able to secure us a lower rate than initially quoted when our mortgage was secured. I would without a doubt recommend her to anyone looking for financing. Thank you again Michelle, we couldn't have done it without you!

She is always on top of the things, excellent at communicating all the updates. She answered all the questions before I even raised them. She got us an awesome rate when we refinanced our house and we were very happy getting the rate in these difficult times considering our situation. She called us back after few weeks and surprized us even with a better rate without even asking. We recommended Michelle to all our friends and family members. She is the best out there, highly recommended to anyone who needs a new mortgage or refinance their existing one.
