The follow-up inquiries and customer service I received, in particular from Dakota, were excellent and went above and beyond what I would have expected.

Staff here are organized, friendly, and attentive to make sure supplies are in good condition and ready to load at the arranged time. I enjoy my interactions with them and their efficiency. Highly recommend them for beekeeping supplies.
