(October 13, 2021, 3:26 pm)What can I say? Over the past few years, my family and I have been looking for natural products which contain as little chemical additives as possible. The old saying of 'you are what you eat' applies to what you wear and use as well. We have moved away from deodorants which contain aluminum, but many commercial products still contain chemical binding agents which we aren't too keen on.
Fast forward to a month ago, at the Cobourg Farmer's Market, and we checked in with the folks at Pure Joy Botanicals who had a booth there. We bought deodorant as well as a few other products. They are amazing!
The deodorant is applied with your fingers, and does not leave a sticky, or a greasy residue at all. And it works! I'm 53, active, and this has to be the best deodorant I have ever used. Pleasant smelling, and keeps me as dry, if not drier than the strongest commercial product I have used in the past.
My wife and I have been using the pomegranate patchouli deodorant now for about a month. We are still on the first jar!
And it's natural! What more do you want?
I cannot recommend Pure Joy Botanicals products enough. Sure, they do come at a premium, but isn't your body and health worth every cent?
