Despite it being Covid, it was an extremely smooth process and (despite being extremely busy) customer service always came first for them. I was SO pleased with the positive attitude and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the location. Props to Cobourg Pearle Vision for an excellent experience buying new glasses! Will return in the future.
