Even though we had to get a specific part, the offer was there for a temporary solution, until he came back the next day. (A secure door's handle was broke). Highly recommended in my opinion. There was also a very pleasant lady I spoke to on the phone to arrange service. Use this company for sure.

He was very friendly and has a great knowledge base. I would recommend Northumberland Security (especially Joel) to anyone.
