(May 8, 2023, 11:02 pm)A friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Mindful Meridians today (part of our “off the beaten path spa road trip” from Whitby area). This place is the BEST! Loved the salt water float therapy and the “fire & ice” (sauna/cold plunge) treatments. Brooke was so helpful. Place is located in an industrial plaza with other like minded businesses by the looks of it. 5* clean and wonderful. Float therapy included head halo and ear plugs. Underwater meditation music (adjustable) along with twinkling stars on ceiling and colour light changes. Shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels etc. Would highly recommend. We will be back to try new txs and repeat today’s. Thank you so much!! What a delightful find. Best float therapy in the GTA

(May 5, 2023, 4:06 pm)Float tank was amazing, very relaxing, the feeling of being weightless was amazing. Did the fire and ice as well and that was great too, place was very clean and the people there were all very polite, insightful and helped greatly with the cold plunge.

(April 17, 2023, 10:55 am)From the second you walk into Mindful Meridians, you can feel the tranquil, healing environment. The float is an amazing, relaxing experience, and Weldon is an incredibly talented and intuitive massage therapist, and after only 1 therapeutic massage with him, my stiff joints and arthritic pain is greatly improved. I would highly recommend any of the services at Mindful Meridians as an extremely effective stress and pain reliever!

(February 11, 2023, 7:18 pm)Great place to improve many aspects of you health and wellbeing. We enjoyed the 'fire and ice' experience. The cold plug tub is amazing. I now want to try all of the services offered here. There's many service options and time frames, therefore its budget friendly, while getting to experience everything. The space is very clean and relaxing. I am so excited to go back, I want to use these services weekly.
