I can (with confidence) say that she is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and dedicated personal trainers I’ve met. She is consistent, takes her career seriously and her client base is directly reflective of this. You’ll be missing out if you don’t work with her.

(November 27, 2022, 1:06 am)My daughter Marnie Sohn has written a review of Melissa Flint's personal training and I can't write a more accurate review. I see Melissa on Zoom and I would not want to go back to meeting in the gym. I purchased some hand weights and a foam roller and Melissa has made it possible to get a full workout using my minimal equipment; she knows so much about the body systems. And she is a lovely person to spend time with!

When COVID hit, I figured that would be the end of training for a while, but Melissa introduced me to online personal training, and we continued the workouts as if nothing had changed. Melissa tailors the workout plan to me and my specific needs/strengths/weaknesses. She is attentive to the details of each exercise, and will adapt if something isn’t working. Most importantly though, she is very caring about all aspects of my wellness. She pays attention to the things going on in my life and regularly checks in to make sure I’m getting what I need out of my training sessions. Whether you’re new to personal training as I was, or looking for a fresh start with someone new, I highly recommend Melissa.

She meets you where you are, and takes into account your personal goals, needs, desires, and limitations. She isn’t afraid to push you to work hard, but is careful to keep the program aligned with your current strength and ability so you don’t injure yourself. She also puts a strong emphasis on form.
Melissa is also a really good human being, and a joy to be with, which is important when you’re spending multiple hours a week together!
We started in-person, and moved online in 2020. I never thought I would enjoy online training, but it’s been great! It’s so convenient I don’t ever see myself going back to the gym.
I highly recommend training with Melissa Flint. You won’t regret it!
