I understand the industry is currently very busy with multiple claims; however, the best business models ensure their clients are well taken care of and feel that they matter. Until Kiley began emailing me, I was going to change car insurance companies. One person can make a difference; Kiley Binkley is that person for me.

(May 17, 2022, 9:21 pm)Things are fine with this company until you need them.My vehicle was hit in my parking lot,not a lot of damage,McDougalls said they wouldn't fix my vehicle,it was a write off,plus I couldn't keep my rental until I could find another vehicle. The whole thing was a nightmare. Yes they gave me some money,but not enough to get a replacement vehicle. Not good for a Senior living on a fixed income.Very sad.

(February 20, 2022, 12:25 pm)Kiley managed our complex insurance needs with speed and efficiency. We moved from a house to an apartment. Out house sold but will not close until the end of March. We needed tenant insurance. We sold one of our cars. Got a refund on the insurance. Lost our multi vehicle discount. Insurance company changed its name. We got tenant insurance under one company name and got bills under the original company name. I was confused. Kiley straightened this out for us. Traded in van for a SUV. Insurance changed and pink slip arrived when I needed it. With all the changes and confusing bills, I have no idea how much I owe. I am sure Kiley will have the answer of how much and when due. Kiley is always very pleasant and nice to work with.

Thanks for all your hard work and giving us great results Kiley and team!! We are very happy to work with someone in person rather than over the phone and who knows where they are!!
