Actually, I spoke with them there and were very helpful. Extremely friendly. My inquiry was answered, but I ended up not getting service at this time. I will recommend them simply on how amazing they treated me over the phone! ! Amazing customer service!!

What a great experience!!! Was snowmobiling on Jan 29th and parked at Northumberland forest. Was a great day even though it below -20° most of the day. Got back to the truck and started it and must have hit the lock button and locked the keys in the truck with it running. Thankfully we still had all our gear on. Called chrysler roadside assistantance and after a half hour told the other guy to start calling local tow companies. He got a hold of McCracken towing and they said they could be out in a half hour. 30 min after that chrysler roadside said they could not find anyone that could come for at least 1.5 hours he called McCracken back to come save us. He said I will be there in 30 min. We went into the trailer to stay out of the wind and 10 min later we heard a vehicle pull in. It was the tow guy!!!!! The fastest 30 min ever!!!! He said I made some changes and got to you guys as fast as possible. Less then 5 min later we were in the truck warming us and heading home. If I could leave a 10 star review I would. Thank you!!!

I almost don't want to write this post as I really don't want to share, but that wouldn't be fair to you or to them. This is an incredibly garage. I have taken my RV their on a few occasions now and I have always left satisfied. They are quick, informative and always professional and don't overcharge, or at least from what I can tell. The front desk staff are a joy to deal with, very genuine people that will give you the time of day. I would highly recommend this garage to everyone, specially those that are not mechanically savvy as you can be assured they are going to fix only that which is broken and not a long list of other things just because "they saw you coming from a mile away". Great service!!! Keep it up:)

Earlier this week my fiance and I got stranded far from our home and McCracken Towing was able to help us out in a very difficult situation. Please give some sort of reward or recognition to Chris especially as he was not just very knowledgeable, but went out of his way to be really helpful. Happy to support businesses like this!
