(January 19, 2023, 12:31 am)Due to a recent winter storm, I had to cancel our rust proofing appointment at another company. A couple days later, I called to rebook with the other company, they couldn’t get my truck in for 4 weeks. Therefore, I looked online and found this place. When I called here, I asked if there was any way they could fit me in since I was off work to care for my dog that was undergoing an intense surgery. He immediately fit me in the same day. Then he asked, when was my dog’s surgery? I told him it was happening as we spoke. He then asked when I needed to pick him up. Once he heard the time, he mentioned they could fit me in a bit earlier so I wasn’t rushed trying to make it to the vet. Insert gratitude here! This was amazing! As for the service completed on the truck, I was very happy! They left the truck clean and did a great job (which I also appreciated because my Tacoma is my baby lol). Overall, incredible customer service! They went above and beyond to help me out in more ways than one!

(September 16, 2022, 12:07 am)Would definitely recommend Cobourg Rust Check. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and easy appointment booking. Had a truck and SUV done, no overspray and can tell they really took the time to do it right!
