She is professional, honest, warm and informative and willing to answer any questions or fears about hypnosis. Then she provided professional and personally tailored sessions to help me work on exactly the goals i set for myself. She insightfully guided me to understanding my own issues, getting rid of those issues and finding the inner resources to achieving my own goals

(April 8, 2022, 4:10 pm)Angela was incredible. I have struggled with physical testing anxiety since I was a young athlete. I’ve competed in provincial level of sport as well as university level. However when it was time to do my fire testing I kept panicking. Having anxiety and panic attacks not being able to hit my goal marks. My trainers and captains found me exceptionally fit but when it was time for testing I choked. Through Angela’s guidance, homework and hypnotherapy I was able to perform at exceed all expectations. She gave me tips and tricks to use throughout my day to day life, home work and exercises to do each day and pre-testing techniques in order to be successful. I just completed my testing and moving into the next phase of the hiring process. Something I know I could not have done without Angela’s help. Thank you so much!

She has helped me with many different struggles in life. If hypnosis is something your open to I would highly recommended Angela. Shes an amazing caring women, she makes each and every session 100% focused on you, she's easy to talk to and makes you feel like you matter. You won't regret your decision.
