I was served by Eric and went in knowing the bare minimum. He assisted me with my needs: which is to improve my sleep habits. He was knowledgeable, caring, and very friendly!

They have a very recognizable brand aesthetic across their retail outlets, so you know what you're walking into in any store you enter.
The new Brighton location right on the main drag of Main Street across from the post office is not only a great central location but it really stands out among the rest of the stores and draws you in.
Once inside the space is well lit and you are immediately greeted by the budtenders on duty. They are friendly and knowledgeable and quick to offer suggestions if you aren't quite sure what you are after. The bud bar is fantastic for being able to see & smell some of the product too. Setting up an account with them is easy and quick!
I dealt with the store manager Eric on the couple occasions I've been in the store and he's nothing but courteous, full of product knowledge, and happy to offer personal suggestions for whatever kind of high you're looking for.
I've read the other reviews and I'm not sure about some of the frame of mind of those negative reviewers since not only is the space well laid out, but prices are definitely marked on product, and like any company these days they obviously have self-branded gear to help happy patrons promote their brand. Also whomever complains about a store offering lower prices than the competition for the same products must either work for the competition or have some grudge against True North to suggest that lower prices are a bad thing. Money talks and savings scream loud!
I'll definitely be back, don't be surprised if you spot me wearing a True North snapback! -

(November 4, 2022, 11:49 pm)I had such a fantastic time in True North. I stopped by by chance and just love the shop. So welcoming and warm inside. Staff was so friendly, I was in there for an hour chatting away. Such a nice feeling in that place. Good music, awesome people great prices, it’s my go to shop.

(November 2, 2022, 12:03 am)Great new store in Brighton. The store front is bright and inviting, with a unique wooden design that's alluring when simply walking by. Once inside you're greeted by one of their staff members. Extremely polite and professional, it was a pleasure coming in opening day to check it out. I've since gone back and will continue to do so. The Monday deal's on half ounces and ounces are hard to beat. I highly recommend anyone (including pets; yes they're pet friendly) to stop there.

(October 22, 2022, 11:39 pm)True North cannabis is amazing, I love their new shop in town. Such a nice and relaxed vibe inside. The staff are so nice and knowledgeable. It was really nice to be able to have a good conversation with Eric. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.
