(August 31, 2021, 6:09 pm)Very pleasant workers who are friendly and knowledgeable. However , the waiting system needs to change. There are only 5 people allowed inside at once . You have to pick a number and wait outside and you have no idea knowing who is next or where you are in queue . No workers come out at any time to inform you of your status . It is just confusing . I understand this is during covid but I can’t see people being willing to wait outside in the winter.

(July 22, 2021, 12:43 am)June is the epitome of class and grace. She helped me one evening, and was staying far later than her closing time. COVID had closed most locations, but June was still available. She never turned customers away, and even stayed late until the entire line up had gone. She was still funny and cheery, and her professional attitude was still on point, even late in the day.
June is an absolute star in this community, and we are fortunate to have such a wonderful person running our Service Ontario location. Bravo June!!
Unfortunately Canada Post stated they delivered my items, but they did not. Certainly isn't the fault of June, though!
