Was introduced to Kristen Fletcher a few years back and we have since moved all of our insurance over to McDougall (residential, commercial and auto). Kristen has been so helpful, has a ton of knowledge and always goes the extra mile to help her clients. This extends with her team as well (Kendra, Amanda and Sarah).
Insurance is usually such a nightmare and a headache, but not with this team. If you haven't made the move, you're missing out! -

Our first introduction was with Kendra Quinn who is very experienced, with her knowledge of Insurance, guided us to retaining a quote appointment!
Kristen Fletcher was remarkable in her knowledge of getting us the best quotes, not just in dollars, but remarkable coverage too! It was all described in layman terms… Awesome!!
