(October 8, 2023, 11:13 pm)NB: As I was about to add my glowing review, I saw these strange 1 star reviews, all written within the same month. Pay no attention - those people are self-serving stakeholders who are reacting to a post regarding SRTs and rentals.
Anne Butwell helped my husband and I buy our first home in March 2021, during COVID, without paying an inflated price. She was diligently researching houses in and around our price range that met our criteria. Anne found a stunner that would’ve been snapped up before we would’ve been able to have seen it if she hadn’t done some quick thinking. We bought conditionally without having seen it. In the meantime, other offers came pouring in. We saw the house, and loved it. Her dedication, thoroughness, quick thinking, and above-and-beyond service got us a terrific house within our price range during a market that should have been out of our price range. We are indebted to her. Thank you, Anne. -

She listened to what we were looking for and worked with us for 2 years until we found the property that matched what we wanted and fit the price that fit our budget. She is detail oriented and goes above and beyond in research even producing information that we never thought to ask about. She is very accommodating in her time and a pleasure to work with.

(August 31, 2023, 6:04 pm)Anne stepped up to provide education for tenants who may be faced with landlords who disregard terms within the residential tenancy act. Unfortunately, disgruntled landlords seem to have posted one star reviews in retaliation. Fortunately, this public forum provides tenants with a list of landlords tenants will want to be careful in renting from in the future.
