(May 29, 2019, 12:53 am)I brought my two children in to have their eyes examined at Simcoe Optometric Clinic and it was a great experience! My son was nervous to have his eyes looked at and the doctor was very reassuring and was able to perform all the tests without any issue. The staff are also very welcoming and professional.

(May 28, 2019, 8:47 pm)I've been going to the Simcoe Optometric Clinic, under the care of Dr. Zona, for several years now. The service I have recieved has been 5???? by far. From the receptionist to the Optometrist, and everyone in between, my experience has been great. The staff are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. 4 years ago, I purchased a specific pair of frames from there, but upon reflection I decided on another pair instead. There was a price difference in my favor which they adjusted and credited me for, a day later. A few weeks after that I recieved a cheque in the mail for $23 stating that I had paid too much for the frames. I had no idea that I had over paid. The fact that they took the time to let me know thatth mistake was made and swiftly corrected it, is a testament to why they've had longevity and high praise. I highly recommend SOC.
