Sam walked us through their procedure and customized our new home. To have their own in house design was a big plus for us. One stop shopping. The whole team is very patient, as we made many changes. They are very attentive to every need. All of their trades people are second to none, and are always available to answer questions. Our house is absolutely stunning, and we could not be happier. As a certified energy evaluation specialist, I had the pleasure of working with the Prominent Homes team on constructing a block of EnergyStar certified town homes. The end result was some of the most air tight town homes I have ever tested on in my 10 years in the industry. This high level of building should lead to lower heating/cooling bills and reduction of noise/odour from the outside. I look forward to seeing what this team can do in the future. Outstanding job!

Prominent homes pays great attention to detail, they have a team of phenomenal carpenters/craftsmen & their local contractors/sub-contractors are friendly and very professional. Nettie, Sam & Bryan were very accommodating - as we were first time home buyers - they made every step within the building process enjoyable! Our closing date was exactly when they had projected - and even now 6 months after moving in - they are prompt in responding to any questions/ concerns that we have. They really built our dream home to perfection & we could not be happier!
