Great guy. Down to earth, and loves to chat. All your outdoor needs, and great prices. If you're looking for that unique rock, or just need some mulch. He's got you covered.

Great place for landscaping needs. There is way more than what you see from the highway

Service was good but a little slow, but what can you expect for a 1 man show. Has a lot of variety

Have purchased a number of construction materials from Phil's over the course of several years. Always pleasant to talk to, delivery drivers are very polite also. Phil is great to deal with, stocks quality materials and is fairly priced. I'll be dealing with him for years to come when I need material for my landscape projects.
