I had the benefit of renting an Ice Bungalow from Riley and Dominique this past weekend and the customer service that was provided was exceptional.
Overall the fishing was the best experience I have had on Temagami during the winter. We had to apologize for having all of our portable ice gear hauled out, because it was never unpacked as the fishing/bites were so consistent. For every fish we landed, we likely missed just as many due to the very sneaky/soft bites. We landed several chunky 20 inch walleye (that were sent back) and some eaters under the slot; several monster bass (never caught bass in the winter before - so this was really cool); a nice whitefish, several burbot (1 really healthy sized that was no ding-a-ling), several perfect sized eating lake trout and a trophy lake trout right as we were packing up to leave - all of the fish were caught either in their main hut or the complimentary day hut provided with the booking.
This was truly the trip of a lifetime and we are all very thankful Riley and Dominque made this happen for us. We are glad we made the switch this year to their ice bungalows/outdoor services and look forward to the many more years to come.
We rented from Jan 16-18th and Dominque and Rielly were absolutely fabulous.. Very bubbly and catered to your every need. Their ice huts were so warm and toasty and clean.. it was our first time ice fishing and we had an absolute fantastic adventure...wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend Temagami Outdoors as your ice fishing destination...
