We used Nate for the design of our addition on our family home. From start to finish, we were completely satisfied with not only his work, but also his timely communication and professionalism. I needed help with preparation of site plan and engineering drawings for a construction permit. In the past I had had hired three other firms for my other projects. EmiNate turned out to be by far the best firm I have hired.
Nate took time to understand my requirements. He is very knowledgeable about various building codes. As we progressed with the project, we requested couple of changes to the drawings. We went back and forth. Nate patiently updated the drawings. As the deadline to apply for the permit came nearer, he responded during after hours. Nate is professional, knowledgeable and patient.

We found ourselves a little overwhelmed when we realized turning a garage into a living space was a bit more complicated than we thought. I called EmiNate and they took care of the entire design including heat loss calculations and all the required plans for the Municipality. Nate knew exactly who to call in Georgina and guided us through the entire permit process making sure everything was legal. I submitted the package to the Town and the Building Dept told me the drawings were "perfect" and they had no further comments.. I think that says it all. Our project was underway within weeks of calling EmiNate.
