Mackenzie is an incredible pilates and yoga instructor. I look forward to attending her classes in the summer at Mortimers and I continue to work with her every week virtually for private classes. She is absolutely the best pilates teacher I have ever worked with. She takes the time to understand where my body is at and gently challenges me to advance my practice. I love FBH!!

Mackenzie has a wonderful talent for teaching - her yoga/pilates approach provides a full body workout, and she does a great job at customizing each class to the various skill levels in the group.

We've hired Fitness Beauty Health for two private classes and they have both been outstanding - fantastic workouts that are so much fun to do! Mackenzie brings such incredible energy to her teaching and modifies for all levels. We absolutely love her classes and cannot wait to experience more soon! Highly recommend Fitness Beauty Health to anyone looking for private and/or group classes that will motivate, energize and inspire.

I absolutely love the workouts with Fitness Beauty Health! The instructors are always friendly, motivating and are always making sure we are doing the poses properly. I love that they provide a variety of different workouts so we can try new classes as well as the ones we love. I always leave these classes feeling stronger and excited for the next day! I highly recommend signing up for these amazing classes! You will not be disappointed!
