(October 2, 2021, 6:11 pm)Nok is such a great person and Thai chef. Nok has a food truck in Huntsville that has been going strong for 7 years. Once you ordered the food is started. Nothing is made before hand. Nok uses super fresh veg as well. I loved the medium spicy Pad Thai and crispy not greasy shrimp rolls. Definitely worth a visit. I will be back.
