(June 11, 2020, 11:24 am)The Fireplace King recently installed a new Valor fireplace and NG BBQ outlet at our home. Wayne, their sales representative, was prompt in coming to our home and took the time to explain a host of ideas and fireplace options. Their installation team of Chris (team lead), Colin and Brayden, exceeded our expectations. They were courteous and their work was impeccable. We love our new fireplace!

(February 4, 2020, 10:18 am)The initial contact was good and the installation people were friendly and did a great job. There was a piece missing so the follow has been slow after 5 months of trying to contact the rep , receptionist and owner to resolve my issue, multiple emails and 3 phone calls. Except for the receptionist saying my messages had been forwarded not one person had called me to resolve the missing piece. My last email went completely unanswered by anyone. Finally , 5 months later they began working with me to resolve the issue.

(January 3, 2020, 10:39 pm)Fireplace King supplied and installed a new propane furnace to replace an electric furnace. They did all the work required to get us up and running on a cold day in the dead of winter.
This included all of the propane gas lines required from the propane tank to the house, as well as building a manifold to allow us to add other gas devices easily in the future. This allowed us to purchase a propane bbq from Fireplace king later that year which they built delivered, installed and tested.
We found the staff courteous, diligent and hard working.
We would highly recommend Fireplace King.
