(October 26, 2020, 1:14 pm)Tasso Lake Heating Solutions was contracted in September 2019 to install the force air heating, basement in-floor radiant heating, air conditioning and gas piping to my newly constructed house. I just want to say I could not have picked a better company. I want to start off by saying Jan Sirek and his team went over and beyond with the services they provided from start to finish. His technicians and installers are seasoned professionals who take pride in their work and completed the work on budget and on schedule. Any issues to the installation was always brought to my attention in making sure the work was completed with no rework. They always cleaned up after themselves after every workday and removed from site all their rubbish. After finding out they also complete fireplace hook-ups and transitioned natural gas stoves to liquid propane, I had them complete this work as well. Not only were the installers great but also the administrative staff who provided me with progress billing reports to the agreed payment terms. They were a bit higher in cost than other contractors but those willing to pay to get the work done right and hassle free, Tasso Lake Heating is the company to hire. I still have my basement to finish, and Tasso Lake Heating will be completing the work when I’m ready.

(October 15, 2020, 12:27 am)My first contact with Tasso was Ed who came out to quote the job. He was exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable. Matt and Riley relocated my furnace to a more suitable location in the basement which involved relocating the venting and extensive ductwork. All aspects of their work was carried out with care and attention to detail. Very knowledgeable and professional. Communication and scheduling with the office was top rate. Overall a very positive experience. Would not hesitate to recommend.
