(November 4, 2021, 10:49 am)They have improved over the yrs . I now am renting a ebike fro. Them and things have gone smoothly so far . It's a good experience as long as you understand the deal your entering and pay on time . They switched out 3 different bikes for me and in the end they straight up went and got a new one for me to buy threw them even tho they were on there way to stop selling ebikes. Thank you Carrie for all your help and going to bat for me .

Their customer service is amazing, always. Delivery people are amazing and even when your pass due they always work with you. I have ordered several things from them and paid off serveral too. My latest purchase is a brand new living room set which was special ordered for us and arrived in a fast manner.
They have been amazing. Thank you so much to all your staff.
Highly recommend!
