I like the fact that it is wireless for client privacy and convenience, and other nice features like custom logos, the ability to email and text my patients their receipts, and the easy-to-use interface. Carl and Miranda are both friendly and professional, and my entire staff found the setup and installation to be straightforward. They even assisted with sending back the other machine. Overall it was a very good experience and they come highly recommended.

They paid for our cancellation fees from our previous provider and facilitated in staff training for our new point of sale devices. They are always a easy phone call away for support. No more waiting on hold while trying to run a business!

Right from the start, the Caradonnas were extremely helpful, professional and took care of every aspect making things so easy. Customer service is their number one priority and I can attest for this.
