(February 20, 2021, 9:54 pm)We purchased a Lumberock dock from Nydock/ Pipefusion and we love it! It’s been two summers and our dock looks as good as when we first got it. We were reluctant to go away from wood and concerned about the durability of HDPE - how it would weather, would it stain, become scratched easily, etc., but none of that has been a problem. Also, our 12’ x 24’ dock is a lot more stable than we expected it would be. The company has been great to deal with!!! We first met Chris at the boat show and he’s been really helpful in answering any questions we’ve had to this day. We use their disconnection/ reconnection service to ready the dock in spring and fall and it’s been great! We couldn’t be happier with Nydock/ Pipefusion and we give the company, their product and their after-sale service our highest recommendation – outstanding!!!

Things were a little bumpy at the beginning, but I’ve always thought that you get to see the true nature of a person/company when a faced with little adversity ... and man did they step up. Literally could not be happier about the way things worked out. Oh yeah and I almost forgot ... the dock looks incredible! Thx again.

(November 8, 2020, 8:23 pm)A superior product that is extremely stable with very little rocking even when it is windy. We appreciated the customization options and the excellent customer service. Chris and his team really deliver a quality product with a great warranty. We received many compliments from other cottagers about our awesome new dock . The kayak/SUP launch attachment ( on the left of the picture) is especially innovative. Highly recommended!

Their sales team of Chris and Dana are knowledgeable, patient and deliver on everything they promise!! The delivery guys were fun and knowledgeable and were there to offer installation advice when delivering. This team knows how to make their customers happy. I can see why their reputation is so solid! Great job NyDock!!!
