It was absolutly new to what's been considered "the norm", subdude, no chaos in the air what so ever....it could have been the spa
I was not at all looking forward to this appointment but from beginning to walking out the door, it was respectful enough to make it pleasurable

(June 28, 2023, 5:48 pm)I went in at the end of the day to schedule an appointment and Rodney was just cleaning up in preparation to close. He looked at the doctors note and said "I can get this done right now for you. It won't take that long." So Rodney stayed a little late and had me done same day. My doctor had the results of my ultrasound on my shoulder and relayed them to me the next day. Great service! Thank you. This is the second time I have received such exceptional service from the Huntsville location.

(June 20, 2023, 7:36 pm)This place is great! I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. The front receptionist is amazing and super nice. Rodney was quick and efficient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole ultrasound. I live about 30 minutes from an ultrasound clinic
and having one in a town I frequent is super convenient. I’ll definitely be back for any other ultrasounds and will tell my friends to go here. -

(June 14, 2023, 11:26 pm)While visiting MyHealth Centre - Huntsville for an ultrasound today I met the most pleasant health care provider that I have ever come across. Rodney was kind, helpful, personable, funny and professional during my visit today.
After waiting over a month regarding an ultrasound requisition that was sent to the Huntsville hospital I was getting quite frustrated as I still have not heard anything and decided to have the requisition sent elsewhere. I chose the MyHealth Centre in Huntsville based on a previous positive experience there. Rodney called me within an hour to setup an appointment which I was able to get done the same day. The service was prompt, friendly and definitely worth acknowledging a job well done.
Thank you Rodney for being great at your job, you are a huge asset to the health care community. -

(June 6, 2023, 5:51 pm)I was able to quickly get in for an appt which was fantastic . Lots of reminders were sent via email and it was easy to get to. The receptionist was lovely and Rodney was great, very professional. All in all they made the procedure as comfortable and non- anxiety producing as possible.
