(December 7, 2019, 4:48 pm)We had a dog who often got nose bleeds during grooming because of stress, but Pam always took extra time with him to make sure he didn’t have a negative experience, and he never had a nose bleed. Now, we have a puppy and take him to Pam as well. Her compassion, patience and skills are top notch!! Bob and the staff are wonderful with the dogs, and while we haven’t used their overnight boarding services, we have taken our pup for doggie daycare and I only have good things to say. If you’re looking for a groomer or to board your pet, definitely give Huntsville Highlands Pet Resort a call! You won’t be disappointed.
