Allison was so friendly - laughing an joking , we joked about a birthday cake - an she’s like hear (lol) is a Tim’s card for your birthday ! How sweet is that! Agh! Jotham went up an above what I needed for my test! We some issues he was just amazing , friendly, and I can’t thank them both enough for a great visit ! My first time ever getting a hearing test ! But I totally recommend anyone who needs a test - GO THERE!!!!

We appreciate Kirk's knowledge and expertise when it comes to the advice that he provided regarding hearing aids. We also appreciate the appointment reminder calls and the follow up calls from Meghan. When we go to the office now it feels like we're meeting up with friends. Thanks for all you do.

Kirk was so very informative about the test process, explaining in depth the anatomy of the ear and all the markers being tested. I gained a clear understanding, test results were explained thoroughly to me. Now I, and my family doctor, have a base line against which to monitor any further changes to my hearing acuity.

She immediately warmed up to Megan and Kirk, who made her feel at ease. She felt they truly cared for her well being. They were very patient, kind and understanding. Great team! Thanks so much!!
