I came into Global Pet Foods on mother’s day as me and my cats were travelling. Essentially my cat gets sick in the car so I was looking for help (we tried pet smart and pet valu in other areas).
Norbert helped me right away. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and what products he had on hand. He understood my issue and did not dismiss it. I will keep you posted on how the products work but the client care is unmatched! Also amazing prices! If you’re looking for a pet carrier or a cat carrier the best deal around is at Global Pet food! Thanks so much Norbert and Nora for your amazing client service! I returned today to purchase more before ai leave the area! -

(December 4, 2022, 7:37 pm)I can't rave enough about this store, the owners are absolutely lovely, they know their stuff and go above and beyond for their customers! It still baffles me that they manage to remember my dogs name even when he isnt with me! And they always treat him incredibly well when he is with me! it's also in a great location and the store itself is always kept tidy and clean!
Would give more stars if I could!
