(September 1, 2016, 12:38 am)Had a great customer service experience with Kale. My family and I had rented a boat to take out for a tour. We had gotten our anchor stuck on a log and Kale came to the rescue.
Once we were on our way an unexpected storm rolled in. Again, Kale came out to look for us. He didn't find us after checking the slips at many marinas but the mere fact that he came out speaks mountains about this individual.
Thanks for everything Kale, we all appreciate it. -

Me and my gal had an amazing time fishing and relaxing. Ashley was very helpful and super friendly. Ran us through all the procedures to ensure we had a fun yet safe experience. Something there for all age groups. Will definitely be returning with friends and family. Great service! Great People!

Everyone in my family had fun and our time on the water was the highlight of our weekend. Definitely returning to Muskoka Wharf Marine again! (...maybe to rent a jet ski next time)
